It’s Never Too Late- Check Out this 85 yr. Old!

In this short clip from CNN, you will see two training partners over age 70 competing in a bench press competition.
This inspirational clip further proves that you’re never too old to start, or improve your health.
The most important thing is- a can do attitude.
If you believe that you can, or you can’t, you’re probably right.

Prowler Bench

At Test Sports Club in Tinton Falls, N.J. we use an indoor version of the Prowler Bench.
We simply put “moving men” discs under the bench’s supports and add plates.
Then you sprint 20-40 yards indoors on the carpet.
Sometimes we do team relays.
This gets a great response for building muscle, improving your aerobic/anaerobic capacity and is awesome for EPOC (Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption).
