About Me

My name is Keith Molloy and I have this blog to connect with my family, my friends, my clients (who through shared times, have become my friends) and my client’s friends and family.

Why do I want to connect with people and help them realize their goals?
Quite simply, I grew up a scared, skinny kid from a divorced home.
I got in fights a lot.
I never picked one of them, but back then boys fought at lunch or after school, or while playing unsupervised ball.
I wanted to be bigger and stronger, and not be afraid anymore.
That shaped my life, my choice of college majors and my decision to help others feel better about themselves.

I am a gym owner (Test Sports Clubs in Tinton Falls, N.J. 732-741-9989, www.testsportsclubs.com), have been in the fitness industry for 27+ years, and
have been a personal trainer for 17 years (I have performed over 39,000 sessions!). I graduated from Glassboro State College in 1985 with a B.A. degree in Health, Physical Education & Recreation.
My career has been spent training clients of all ages and with all different goals and medical issues.
But the group I work with the most are the Baby Boomers. I help the 40 plus group still looking to get better, to add muscle and take off fat.
But it is
also rewarding to
help the 50 and over group get past their fears and restrictions, so that they can enjoy a better quality of life.

I have been married for 24 years to my wife Kathy.
We have two children; Kyle, an 19 year old college freshman @ TCNJ in Ewing, and Katelyn, a 12 year old middle schooler. I am 47 years old and still in great shape. But
it takes more recovery time between those tough workouts and that’s a part I teach to my clients.

If you get a chance, say hello and ask me a question- I’d love to help you.

Live Right, Keith
