Neck Pain Relief

In this short video, you will see Dr. Bob Sacks demonstrating a simple exercise to help relieve neck pain. Bob is a dentist, and has work related neck pain from having his head rotated for long periods of time, working on patients.

But many people suffer from neck pain, from poor posture, and too much reading, computer work, and driving. This exercise will help show you how to get relief, by improving posture and blood flow.
