This means that it works the whole body in a short amount of time, makes your heart stronger and will help you get leaner.

This is tough at any time, but Bryan is in here at 5:25 am to go through this.
Check out the video!
These kind of intense intervals help create a post exercise calorie burn.

Friday’s 2 pm Tough Bootcamp Class

One of the major trends of the fitness business is bootcamps.
What are bootcamps?
They’re group exercise classes that can vary in content and intensity.
Our friday classes at 2 pm are very challenging.
We have some of our trainers and intense clients working together.
It’s fun, different, challenging and for all ages- 20 something year olds like Cate, to Baby Boomer age trainers like Kat.
Let me know if you would like to try the friday class, or maybe you would like to start a little easier with a different group.
